Order Processing


We process and ship orders within 72 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time & Destinations


We ship to most countries worldwide.

Normal delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days after shipment.

Shipping Terms & Customs Duties


We make every effort to ship your order via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service whenever possible, so that duties and taxes are already covered.

However, for some destinations, the package can only be delivered after the buyer completes customs clearance and pays any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking


Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email for you to track your package.
